Gramin Vikas Parishad is a Non-Government Organization located at District B.Deoghar, Jharkhand. It has been registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860 ; under FCRA of 1976 and also under the Income Tax Act 1961.

Founder Message
J. B. Ram is a retired Forest Officer. After his retirement, he got actively involved with Gramin Vikas Parishad as Secretary of the organisation. Sri Ram has a high degree of proficiency in wastelands development, plantations, Bio-diversity conservation, water resource management, agro-forestry, agricultural development activities, organising villagers etc.
Has been associated in Watershed Development and Management Programme since 1995.He is a member in Advisory Committee of Watershed at District level.
He had been a member of National Standing Committee in CAPART in P.C. Division till 1998 in Rural Development Ministry-N. Delhi.
Had been a monitor and evaluator in CAPART and National Wastelands Development Board, Govt. of India.
Gramin Vikas Parishad is a National Level Monitor in the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.
